As a thank you to all our loyal customers, we have launched a special Loyalty Club to support the community which supports us. With our Traralgon Books loyalty card, you can be rewarded for buying books. For every $20 you spend on full-priced books, you’ll receive a stamp. Once you’ve filled a card, you’ll get $20 off your next book purchase!
How do I get my card?
Simply ask a member of our friendly staff for a Loyalty Card and one will be issued to you. This program is available in-store only. Remember to show us your card any time you purchase a full-priced book for $20 or more. If your total purchase comes to an amount over $20, for example, $60, you’ll receive 3 stamps. For $80 you’ll receive 4 stamps, and so on.
Are there other rules?
Our Loyalty Card will not be stamped for already discounted books, during our sales or in conjunction with any other special offer. These include the Seniors Card discount and VIT card offer. We’re happy to stamp your card if you’re purchasing a special order. The filled card is redeemable only for full-priced books and will not be exchanged for cash or credits of any other kind.
How do I redeem my discount?
Once your card has earned all 10 stamps, you will receive $20 off your next book purchase. Next time you visit us and buy a full-priced book, simply show a staff member your filled loyalty card. We will discount your purchase by $20 and issue you a fresh card! Please note that if you’re purchasing a book for under $20, we don’t roll over the remaining discount to your next purchase.
What if I’ve lost my card or left it at home?
If you’ve lost your card or forgotten to bring it in, we’ll happily issue you a new one. Once you’ve found your missing card, bring it in-store with your new one and we’ll consolidate them for you so that you don’t miss out!

We love the work that our teachers are doing at our local schools. As a thank you to all our hard-working educators, we’re proud to offer 10% off full-priced books for anyone with a current VIT card. Just show us your card when you make a purchase and your books will be discounted then and there. Please note this offer is not available in conjunction with the Traralgon Books loyalty card or other sales/offers.
Seniors Discount
Traralgon Books offers 10% off full-priced books for Seniors Card holders. Just present your Seniors Card in-store at the time of purchase to be eligible for this discount. Please note that no other discounts or loyalty card benefits apply with this offer.
